Orders payment not get successfull

    Our WordPress site is facing an issue with the payment process. Orders are being marked as Completed without any payment being made.

    In the order notes (right side), it shows:

    • Order status changed from Draft to Pending payment.
    • Immediately after, it shows Order status changed from Pending payment to Completed.

    This causes the order to close without receiving any payment.

    Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?

    Unfortunately, we can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us or are self-hosted.

    So in this case I would recomend reaching out to your host in here: https://www.hostinger.com/contacts

    I understand that the website is using WordPress sofware but please note that not all WordPress sites are hosted by us. WordPress being a free software, It can be installed on your own server (self-hosted WordPress) or can be hosted with us (managed WordPress hosting).
