Organic Themes Stax: Adaptive Header problems

Hey people. I purchased STAX theme through WordPress.com. I’m having trouble with my adaptive header. In short, it’s supposed to appear with a transparent background until you start to scroll down the page, at which point it has a filled in background. There’s one other topic about this problem and the WordPress forums. On that ticket, your support staff mentions that this is a custom theme and that the WordPress staff has little ability to help.
Here is what Organic Themese told me:
“Since you bought the theme directly from WordPress, you are entitled to support here: https://wordpress.com/help?help-center=home (make sure you are logged into your WordPress account).
If the WordPress support team needs additional guidance, they will then escalate the issue to us.”At this point, I sent multiple emails to Support on both sides and nobody is getting back to me. To be perfectly clear, I paid $100 to WordPress for this premium partner template. I am a paying customer. what I would really like is for organic them to give me access to their forums since I bought their product and I’m hoping WordPress can advocate for me. if not, at least try to help me get some answers about how to get this working or escalate the issue with organic themes as they suggested since you are their partner. This is going on two days.
