organics theme – bizarre homepage

can someone assist if i am doing something wrong?
on http://www.poivremedia.wordpress.com on the homepage there is a random story post (which is fine) but then a large square box that looks like it might be a picture or something, but theres nothing there, and a waste of space – i cannot find where the option is to: change it/add something or delete it.
please help!lauren

Yes that’s the normal behavior for this Structure theme. Please be aware that the gray box cannot be deleted. Reading these entries will explain how the theme works and a wordaround that can be used.
