Organize Image categories

  Hello,

  Can anyone offer help as to how I can add a page to my site similar to this one http://shop.inkimprints.com/designtool/Mascots-Designs/207377

  I want to show design categories that are similarly organized. Is there a plugin that shows categories listed and linked that way?
