Organizing Categories

Hey. For my category widget, I don’t want it to be in alphabetical order. How do I sort it so that it shows “Spotlights, Notlights, and Other”?

1. Spotlights
2. NotightsAdding numbers would sort the category as per your choice.

So you can sort them either alphabetically or you can assign numbers to them. But is there any other way?

You can develop a hierarchical structure if you wish by creating sub-categories.

well, I just wanted to know if you can arrange your categories in the category widget a certain way without having to put numbers in front of them…

For categories the options are:
alphabetical sort (default);
numerical sort;
hierarchical sort. -
