Organizing my Blog

I don’t want to create more than one site, I just wanted to know if it is possible to move some of my blog posts onto other pages. For example, I have a bunch of poetry, flash fictions, and short stories. I want to move my poetry blog posts onto the page titled ‘Poetry.’ I would like to move my flash fiction onto the page titled ‘Flash Fiction.’ Is there any way to do this? I tried to use ‘Catagories’, hoping to sort the blog posts into the categories of that page, hoping that they would appear in the pages of those categories, but it seems that is not what it is for. Can anyone help with this dilemma?

Hey there,
You were correct in thinking that Category Pages would do this for you as this is what it is intended for. Have you followed the setup process outlined in the following documentation: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/?
If so, what specifically is happening that has lead you to believe it does not work this way?
