Organizing my site map

Several months ago a very kind lady, Judy B. helped me to set up my site map for Second Chance to Live. Since that time I have been adding to my site map with new posts. Presently my site map is merely a list of titles of my posts, however I would like to organize my posts within the site map. I have no idea how to organize within my site map. When I add posts to my site map I have to the name of the post in code, then chech the visual and save the code/visual to the page (site map page). Presently I only have a list of titles to my posts available on Second Chance to Live.
I want to organize my site map, because I have many visitors, guests and loyal patrons viewing my site map on a regular basis. I found nothing in the forums or faq’s about organizing with in a page. Can someone who is a lot more seasoned than I am please help me to organize my site map?

how do you want to organize the site map? Alphabetically? By topic? Remember that you don’t necessarily need to organize by category, since the category pages do that for you.
