There are a few different methods to organize your blog posts that aren’t tied specifically to the date. However all of the following methods will appear in chronological order.
One method is to utilize tags, which I see you are already using. When clicked on, only the posts that also have those tags will be shown.
Another method is to use categories. By assigning categories, you are attributing a broader topic to your post. So, instead of assigning specific details, you can organize the posts by the wider topic they encompass.
Looking at your blog you could attribute the categories like Community Building, Insurance, etc. As you post, you can assign the categories and all the posts that you make under that category will be listed there.
The Harmonic Theme supports two menus, one at the top navigation bar in your header and one in the bottom footer. In your dashboard you can create custom menus by selecting Appearance > Menus and from there you can select to create a custom menu. When you create your menu you can assign your categories to each menu type. This way as your readers click on the menu, everything from that category will show up on that page.
