Organizing posts by topic using page titles

  I am wanting to post specific topic posts using page titles on the navigation bar. How do I do this? For example, I have a “home” page and then a topic page. How do I post so the new post shows up under the topic page and not my topic page?

  You file each post under the appropriate category, and you add these categories to a custom menu.
