Organizing posts under categories

Hi there! I need help organizing my posts into categories and having them show up under the pages that I’ve listed in the menu bar on my site.

It is absolutely possible to assign or organise dedicated posts to a category of your choice and also have them displayed on the menu/menu drop down.
For example, if you have a category called “Teas”, you give all of your tea posts to that category designation. Then, once you add this category as a tab in your menu, it will create a page that displays only those posts you added to the “Teas” category. Also any new posts that are published with the “Teas” category, will automatically be added to that page.
