orgot email address/password – Need old blog deleted

  Hi,

  I have an old blog that has public outdated and inaccurate personal information about me. I can’t remember the email address and password associated with the account so I can’t complete the account recovery form, and I’ve checked through the archives of different email addresses. I think the activation emails may have been deleted from my inbox over the years.

  The blog I need deleted is : https://gointernetwork.wordpress.com
  Would staff be able to send an email to the associated email address to the account and I can check my inboxes to see if I receive it?

  Hello @narongrit9999,

  I’m so sorry to hear that. I’m afraid, you need either the email address or username in order to reset the password. And you need to be logged in order to delete your blog.

  Would you be able to try all the possible email address you have used to reset your password?

  I am also tagging a WP Support, you will find the “modlook” tag on the side, in case they have other options for you.

  If you are unable to remember the email address or username, you can tick the following option on the account recovery form:

  I don't know my registered email or username

  gointernetwork.wordpress.com is owned by narongritt. If you haven’t done so already, please try resetting the password with that username:

  Change or Reset Your Password

  For security reasons, I can’t share where the password reset email will be sent to so you’ll want to check all of your email accounts (including the spam folder).

  If you don’t have the required account recovery information and are unable to receive the password reset email, the best I can do is send an email to address we have on file for that account. Please remember that without any proof of ownership, we won’t be able to help you access the site.
