Origami theme error and crash

  I use WordPress for my website at http://www.reddot-photo.com. I just tried to install the theme, Origami, and I am not receiving the following error message:

  Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in C:websites1251reddot-photo.comwordpresswp-contentthemesorigamiextrassettingssettings.php on line 474

  I cannot access my site or use the dashboard at all now. The only pages I can access are those I upload outside of WordPress. Please help or advise.
