Origin theme: Removing comments and "a blog by WordPress"

  Hi !

  I’m using Origin Theme for my company blog and I’m trying to clean-up the bottom part of the page through the 2 following steps:
  – Removing “comments” area
  – Removing “A blog by WordPress”

  => The idea is to have a page that looks like a corporate website and not like a blog

  Is it possible to do it through CSS edit, if yes, how ?

  You can turn comments off at settings > discussion for all future posts and pages. Existing posts and pages will have to be done manually, but that is quite easy with the post and page bulk edit feature.

  You cannot remove the footer credits in the themes. It is not allowed.
