original stylesheet for CSS modificat

  I started to use CSS two years ago and regret to notice that your changes in the system rather make it more difficult and complicate than simplify. In previous versions I could have immentiately the original stylesheet of the used theme by clicking on the existed ling and paste it to the CSS window. Today this link does not exist and I cannot find a way to bring the original stylesheet to the window.
  I use the CSS to modify the original themes and not to create from zero my own one. You undestand if I do not have the original stylesheet, the CSS for which I pay, is useless for me.
  Please inform me how I can have the original stylesheet in my CSS window, for every theme I try.
