Original website administrator is not with company

I have a non-profit organization website that needs to be updated however the original builder is no longer with the company and she took all the website information with her, can you please tell me how can I update my company website and keep my same domain name with my account information without starting over from scratch. We are about to do a campaign platform and I want to update everything. Please help me.

Your best bet would be to get in touch with the individual who set this up for you originally and get the login information from them.

No. Additionally, in order to delete the site, you need to prove ownership and gain access to the site – which, if you were able to do so would negate the need to delete it. There is no “fee” or amount of money that you would be able to pay to circumvent our account recovery process.
