Orvis – Slideshow doesn't work

Hi,
I configured my portfolio pages to show some images as a slideshow, but it keeps showing as gallery. Is this happening to someone else? How can I fix it?

It looks like you may have already gotten this fixed. I see a slideshow when visiting this page for example: https://maquinadeescorrer.com/portfolio/la-chair-des-mots/
If you’re still having an issue, can you let us know what portfolio item in particular needs fixed?

Hi,
I happen to have the same problem on all my portfolio pages. De slideshow (or any other kind of gallery) does not work with the Orvis theme. It just shows images underneath each other.

Hi, mine is not working too. But I saw @maquinadescorrer portfolio slideshow is working well, how did you solve that? Thanks a lot.

The Orvis theme doesn’t automatically display images inserted into a portfolio project in a gallery or slideshow format, nor does any theme that I’m aware of. If you want to display the images in a gallery or slideshow, then you have to first create the gallery/slideshow, as described in the Galleries and Slideshows support page. Slideshow is simply one of the optional styles for a gallery.
Creating a gallery or slideshow in a project is the same as creating a gallery or slideshow in a static page, a post, or any such content type.
