'o's appearing between the images of the sharing buttons?
-
I get o o o – looks very odd.
See for example:
I am using Contempt as a theme (have done for years). Problem seems to persist in the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome and IE running on Win8 or on Win7, but works fine on Android-based Chrome.
A little perplexing. Also have tried each of “Icon only”, “Icon + text” and “Official buttons” with the same (or similar results). Anyone else getting this? Is it an issue with Contempt, or the Sharing code, or something else?
Maybe related, but I seem to have the same Twitter account linked twice on the Sharing page (and can’t delete the second one for some reason). The problem was there before I managed to mess this up however.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hmm…
Seems most likely to be a Cotempt issue as if I preview pretty much any other theme (have tried about 6) the buttons seem to be fine.
Anyone know about a Contempt workaround?

Hi Peter,
The Contempt theme is retired, which means it may not support all of the newer features on WordPress.com (such as Sharing buttons). For the best experience, I’d recommend sticking with a newer theme like the Big Brother theme you’re currently using.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about that. :)

Hi Rachel,
Thanks for the reply – hadn’t appreciated that Contempt had been retired) is there a way to check this for future reference?), but have moved on anyway as you noticed.
All the best
Peter

Hi Peter,
You can check any theme by looking it up in our theme showcase. You can see the message about Contempt being retired here:

Just let me know if I can do anything more to help!
