  I want to know why i can´t create a blog adress when the blog site isn´t in use. I recently used my old e-mail adress where i had the blog (email visible only to moderators and staff). I recently created my new e-mail adress which i wanted to use for the blog oscarkfoto.wordpress.com.

  Can you perhaps help me to fix this, so that i can run the blog that i like?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Permanently deleted is permanently deleted. The blog is gone. Pick a new URL.

  But it doesn´t say permanently deleted and that´s why i asked. Thanks for your answer btw.

  But this means that it´s perm deleted then? No way i ever will be able to open a blog under the same adress? I´m planning to make it .com later on, but right now it´s not a money generating hobby, so i might as well stick to the web based version for now.

  no other way then to find another url for the blog then?

  That’s right: it is permanently deleted. You can create a new blog with any available URL from your Manage Blogs page, or you can buy the Custom Domain and Mapping upgrades and attach a whatever.com blog to an underlying random whatever.wordpress.com URL.
