other Blog is copying mine

  Hello,
  with hard work we administer our Blog on blog.chinatours.de.
  Now we noticed another independant Blog (http://reisen.getahalf.com/author/elisa-kless) that is copying our articles one-to-one. Unfortunately I cannot find any contact details that is why I become a little desperate.

  Does anybody maybe know that page? Or does anybody can give me advise how I can override it?
