other fake sites/blogs stealing complete articles

It appears complete pages have been lifted from my blog and posted into another blog. I found one of my pictures directs people to their site which is fake in my opinion.
This is the site/blog http://gardener.ifastnet.com/ephemeral-and-diaphorous which has a link to WordPress. This is where they lifted it from http://namethatplant.wordpress.com/2009/05/10/ephemeral-and-diaphorous/ as you can read and see.
I tried to comment to this blog but it will not take my note asking them to stop doing what they are doing.
Can anything be done about this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

By the way, that site is NOT operated by wordpress. Those people are trying to be deceptive and I’m sure wordpress will not let that fly.
I’ve alerted WordPress, but do read up on the link I provided

It appears to be hosted here (scrolled down to the bottom of the site page) or maybe an inactive site/blog?

It should say “powered by wordpress, not operated by wordpress. The former says that is the software being used while the latter suggests wordpress “operates” the site, which is not true.
It is deception, pure and simple and given that they have stolen your post, the fact that they doctored the footer text doesn’t surprise me.

The original theme designer for the theme they are using has that in the original theme, and given who the designer is, I’m sure they did not intend to deceive anyone. It will have to be changed though or wordpress will get cranky.
