Other People's Information

Other people’s information are showing up on my admin panel.
I’ve tried to change it around but the more I look the more weird stuff I am finding.
I have a whole punch of “comments” that don’t pertain to my site but that I can see.
My user name was changed to craigadams9 which I believe I’ve changed. Name as it appears was changed to “smacksaw” and when I logged into the email address I use for the site there was a bunch of sports stuff in there.
Totally confused, would prefer if you could respond to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to help me with this. In fact, just below where there is a box for my url, it says “craigadams9craigsreviews.wordpress.com” I have no idea what this. MY url is the-compass.org

None of the information I described is publicly available, it ALL shows up in my admin panel. Almost as if someone just took it over or something. It’s freakin’ weird.

Two examples of things I can’t fix.
In the upper right of my dashboard it says “craigs reviews” I don’t even know a craig.
In my notifications it has the following (non of which I have a clue what they are about:

Sigh … I hear where you coming from so lets’ commiserate.I have troubles of my own. I’m eagerly awaiting a Staff response to mail email sent to Support yesterday. I could not login under my other username account as my password was refused. it’s a very strong password and I finally requested a password reset. Well guess what happened next. I got password reset email to a sports blog. Had I clicked the link in the password reset email I received I would have been in a sports blog .
I just want to be able to log-in to my other username account and work on my blog registered under it. I’m so peeved off … :(

So my issue still hasn’t been resolved. Why do I have access to other people’s information and can they get access to mine? I was recently the victim of identity theft and I’m wondering if my wordpress account was how it was taken.
I’d like to hope I don’t have to get lawyers involved.

I wonder if that’s anything to do with the ‘sports journalism’ issue i had? Those comments are certainly sport related!

Great idea timethief. If i hadn’t seen your thread earlier i would not have thought any more about it, but it’s like the pieces of a puzzle are now fitting together.

Please hang in there., I know exactly what you feel like as I just went through this with not one but two username accounts. -
esr11 has owned craigadams9craigsreviews.wordpress.com ever since it was created under that account in May of 2009.
As for http://the-compass.org/ neither esr11, craigadams9, nor smacksaw have ever had access to this blog. asheradmin is the owner and only user on that blog.
