  I’ve realised today that I still have a standing order on another wordpress site, which I am unable to recover.

  I would like to cancel the standing order and get a refund for the most recent payment.

  As I cancelled the GoDaddy domain, I thought I had stopped paying for the site, but it seems I am still paying wordpress as well.

  Unfortunately that site was connected to an old Gmail account I can no longer access, so recovery passwords are no help.

  However, as the site no longer exists and I am within the 30 day refund period, I really ned to get the latest payment refunded, and the standing order cancelled.

  Hi there!

  What is the address of the site you’re referring to? You will want to look for the transaction ID for that recent charge and use it to recover access to the account:

  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Once there, you will be able to cancel your subscriptions.
