My portfolio website no longer links to my other pages and case study. It has a continuous loading screen that never ends. How do I fix this issue?
When I try to access my account, it says my password is incorrect. In addition, when I try to recover my password. I don’t received any email from WordPress. I have check all my emails accounts. How can I get access to my account? I has been a long time so I don’t have Proof of Ownership( Transaction ID, Activation URL or key, or Two-Step Authentication Codes) If there another way get access to my account again.

The site xhailen.com appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

I checked and see that your site is hosted with Linode. Does that sound familiar? You can reach out to them here:

They should be able to assist you in regaining access to your site since they have your account.

Would I be able to ask about the issue I am having with my other screen not loading? All the content in on my WordPress, it is not appearing. How would I approach fixing that ?

All my information is set up on my WordPress, but when I select on the top nav bar “View Item” it just has the three dot loading showing. The WordPress nav bar is still present on the top when it is loading. Is the issue with my page not loading with WordPress or with the server?
