    Hi
    I have a second website with WordPress.com
    I can’t log in, and password reset requests have not reached my mail box (Yes have looked in the junk folder and it is not there either).
    I would like to update that site and also make it free of advertisement.
    Please help providing a functional link so I can reset that password.
    The URL of the site is: https://isabelamrein.wordpress.com
    The e-mail under which is is registered is (email visible only to moderators and staff) (I am pretty sure about that), but it is also possible that it is under my gmail address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    For security reasons I cannot provide or confirm the email address being used for that account.

    I do see several password reset attempts on the account and our password reset emails appear to be going through, so if they’re not in the spam folder they might be filtered somewhere else. If you’re using an organisation’s email the emails might also be getting blocked by a server firewall, in which case you’ll need to get in touch with your IT department to whitelist our domain, WordPress.com, for receiving emails.

    Failing that, the only other way to gain access to the account is via our account recovery form:
