  Could you please provide the website URL which you would like to delete?
  Please note, the site can only be deleted by the site owner, not by anyone else.
  Please note, deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).
  If you have any upgrades on this site, they will need to be removed before the site can be deleted.

  I see your site used to be on our Business Plan where you had plugins or a custom theme installed.

  Before you can delete that site, we’ll first need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.
