Others cant see my theme, works in my lan but not off of it

    wondering why it looks beautiful when I’m looking at it on my server machine but others cannot see my theme , just a white page with text down the side, all the content is there just no theme. …… let me know if you experienced this and fixed it or have any ideas
    using apache, php, mysql everything that should be there.
