Our Administrator deceased – we have no access

  I need to talk to someone on staff.
  I am the Secretary of the Berkshire Writers Room. I believe our website is on WordPress.com. Our web chairperson died last month and no one has any passwords or other ways of getting into the system. I went to the address http://www.theberkshirewritersroom.org and there is a Blank Page. What can I do? Who should I contact?

  That site, is or was hosted at hostgator, not here at wordpress.com.

  You will have to talk with the people over at hostgator. Since the site is coming up completely blank, there is an issue with the files or installation at hostgator.

  Thank you very much. When I saw the page in a list of pages it had the “W” logo next to it, so I started here. You’ve been a great help, thanks. I expect maybe a payment was missed.
