Our Basic free WordPress is not working – all of our forms are down

  when I try to login into wordpress.com it says we don’t have an account, when I try to create an account it says this account already exists, when I click on forgot password it says their is no account… (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  We are a nonprofit org and we setup our website with bluehost in 2016. As far as I can recall, the wordpress came with it, but bluehost says it does not come with their account. We have never had to pay for WordPress but it has a message that WP is expired.

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble. However, your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source @wordpress software at Bluehost.

  You can ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Also, are you sure that you are logging into your site correctly? You should be using this URL:

  https://faithnfriends.org/wp-login.php
