  Dear WordPress Team,
  when typing in http://www.bumbakparkbali.com
  the only thing that appears on screen is a white page.
  Not only from my computer – also from other ones.

  Can you help me with this problem?

  Hello! While you have upgraded to Domain Mapping here at WordPress.com, and that service is up and running, you do not yet have your domain mapped properly with your domain registrar: http://www.cronon.net

  Please read the following to complete the process of Domain Mapping:

  Note that your name servers at your registrar should point to the following:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once your settings are correct with your domain registrar, your site will behave properly.

  we just send an email to our domain provider Strato, giving them the information.
  So lets see what will happen.

  My domain provider just sent me an email.
  They say that if wordpress gives us a IP adress for an A-Record – i can easily change the settings in the domain.

  We already have a 301 redirect installed in our domain. And up til a few days ago it worked fine.
  So now I really wonder – where is the problem here?

  we also have an alternative
  we are premium members – and I would like to register a different domain name for our blog
  now this is weird – it is supposed to be free of charge because part of our premium package – but wordpress wants to charge additional USD 18 for it – can you explain?

  now we added bumbakparkbali-blog as a domain
  actually as a premium member – this should be for free
  i was charged again the USD 18

  Hello again! The purchasing system saw the Domain Registration as a new upgrade. I will refund your $18 asap.

  Now that you have two domains set up for your site bumbakparkbali.wordpress.com/, which would you like to be your Primary Domain? Your Primary Domain will be whichever custom domain you want to appear in your visitors’ address bar when they visit your site.

  To adjust your Primary Domain, you can visit Store → My Domains in your Dashboard. Then, choose/update your Primary Domain.

  Additionally, we recommend that your Domain Registrar use the name servers, as our IP addresses change occasionally, which would “break” your domain’s mapping. Here are our current IP address:

  76.74.254.120
  66.155.9.238
  192.0.81.250
  66.155.11.238
  76.74.254.123
  192.0.80.250

  As these addresses will change over time, please contact us if you have problems in the future. Cheers!
