Our Blog's Been Cloned & Hosted By Another ISP

Hi, Our blog and its entire content has been cloned and uploaded onto an ISP based in Tiblisi, in the country of Georgia. The URL was amended to: http://tibettruth.com.s2.gvirabi.com/ and when we did an IP check the results revealed it was is being hosted by Caucasus Online LLC. See details here: http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/tibettruth.com.s2.gvirabi.com
We have written directly to that ISP and made clear that a violation has taken place and that our written material is copyrighted, with a clear notification of such upon our Blog. They have been requested to remove the cloned site and all its contents but am wondering what support and extra action you may be able to offer in resolving the theft of our Blog. auxclass, thanks so much for your helpful suggestions and links. shall give them time to cooperate and if that is not forthcoming then shall follow the actions offered in those links

My theory is that they know they are slime and doing something illegal – so taking them down completely with many avenues is fine, no “time to cooperate” is required – if it was one post – then maybe 12 hours or so – but that is about it
