Our business is losing clients because of fake information on wordpress blog

  Hi All,
  This below blog(Fraudulent) has posted fake information after we refused to pay upfront payment to that company.
  oilscammersbuyers.wordpress.com/2013/10/30/list-of-fraudulent-time-wasters-buyers-10/
  I have reported this post as abusive and still not getting any responses. Currently our clients happened to search our name on google and our name pops up (this blog).
  This is frustrating, and such a non-sense that how scammer/fraudulents are abusing us in public without evidence.

  I really need help here. There is no one responding against this serious matter from wordpress.com. Very non-sense how word-press is just working on to make more profit from members.

  Yes I have done that more than 10 times.

  I don’t understand what you mean by proceed.

  Firstly, I want official response from wordpress if blog gets blind or leave as it is, then I will take a legal action on both parties.

  By the way, have you checked your email spam filter file in case you missed the staff response?
