  If you are trying to continue a live chat conversation with a Happiness Engineer, you can click the blue “?” button when on your WP admin homepage (mine is on the bottom right side of my screen), then click “Contact us” and follow the prompts to regain access to live chat. You should be able to view your chat history in the live chat window as well

  @hammadtarik – I’m not showing any chat transcripts under the account you’re currently logged into.

  Can you give us a link to the page where you were using chat? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
