Our copyrighted content is being scraped by another WordPress site

Hello.
I write a blog with another writer (Ecosystems 4 Innovating) on the WordPress platform. We’ve found another blog using the WordPress templates and engine that is simply reproducing our content without attribution or seeking approval. That site is:

I can find no way to contact them to ask them to cease and desist. Can you help?

c1bgbi2c.w1.c3ll.me is WordPress.org site hosted by Iliad-Entreprises. WordPress.org sites are separate from WordPress.com and there is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:
If the site was hosted on our servers, you could report the content to us. However, we don’t have access to the site or control over it because it’s hosted elsewhere.
Unfortunately I couldn’t see any way to contact the owner directly from the site. The other option is to post on the WordPress.org support forums to see if anyone is able to offer you some advice:
