Our Custom Theme is expiring!

    I’ve contacted support several times now with no response as a response to an email that I’ve received at (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is a prompt to renew our custom template.

    The person who this is set up under is now gone and we need to have this continue. Please reach out to me as soon as possible as our page is expiring today!

    The issue here is that the e-mail you provided is the owner of the upgrade but not the owner of the site and only the owner of the site can renew the upgrade. If you can provide me with the PayPal transaction ID of the upgrade purchase, what I can do is transfer the upgrade to you so that you can renew it.

    I’ll e-mail you now so that you can send me that info.
