our designer hijacked our site?

    I think our web designer hijacked our wordpress account. Can you please tell us all of the activity on our account for the past year? We had our website on wordpress and now it is gone. Please, contact us. Thank you.

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    I can also confirm that for this account (@pixiepianist) we also have no record of a site being created in the past, so I am not sure how to handle your request.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
