Our domain and emails not working!

    Hi Team,

    I understand from my IT team that our domain http://www.umbrellaofhopeuganda.org/ and emails are not working for some days now.

    Do you know what the problem is, and when it can be rectified?

    It seems that domain expired a month ago and is in the redemption period. It will cost extra now to recover. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

    Hey there –

    I’ve reviewed the account regarding umbrellaofhopeuganda.org. Yes, this domain is in redemption. You’ll see there’s a manual payment form in your email tied to that account. This is how you can pay the redemption fee and annual registration.

    Our domain partner requires an $80 fee for their part of the domain recovery. The total will be $93 for the redemption and the registration.

    Let us know once payment has been submitted and we will reach out to our partner about getting the domain reinstated. This entire process typically only takes 2-3 days after payment has been received.
