Our domain does not work anymore

    Hallo. We have a WP.com site that we have tied our domain to (www.smålandsgillemalmö.se) with Swedish characters, that has been working for more than 10 years. It has now stopped working since a few days, and we are looking for a solution. We have upgraded to a Personal plan and when we try to add back our domain we get an error ‘This is not a valid domain’. Does someone know if something has changed with WP.com’s logic of domains (like it doesn’t support non-English characters anymore)? Cheers, Magnus

    Hey there Magnus, I can see you last had a domain connected in 2016. Is there any chance you were redirecting it here instead? We’ll also ask about the special characters, but I’m hoping to understand how it was connected. Thanks in advance.
