Our Domain is Inactive

    Dear support team,

    The Umbrella of Hope Foundation is non-profit Organization based in Uganda. We work towards supporting rural and poor children, women and youths.

    Our website has been working pretty fine for the last 6 years, and we do add new content occasionally.

    However, last week we added new content as always, but now when I try to access my domain and my domain/wp-admin I get taken to my hosting’s “Parked domain” page(This page is parked free, courtesy of WordPress.com).

    I’m finding this strange that only I can’t access it, yet we are currently in the middle of a fundraising campaign, our donors are already questioning this!

    I hope this is rectified at your earliest opportunity.

    Hi Michael,

    Looks like your domain expired on March 22, 2018, and has been put on hold since then.

    The good news is that I can still recover the domain for regular renewal price of $26. For that, I have already sent you a payment link in the email associated with your WordPress.com account.

    Please let me know as soon as you complete the payment so that I can proceed with the recovery.
