OUR DOMAIN MAPPING HAS EXPIRED

Our domain name has expired and we wish to renew it but do not seem to be able to find the correct place to do this. Whenwe try and renew it tells us that the name is already mapped. How do we sort this out?

Domain and domain mapping are two different things
Domain Expiration: Did you purchase the upgrade from WordPressdotcom/WildWest Domains or from a different registrar? If from a different registrar, then you need to renew the domain there, not here.
Domain Mapping: Are you logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade?
If you are logged in with the correct account here, then you should see the upgrade purchase on this screen https://wordpress.com/purchases/
If you are still having trouble with this, please return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar to receive Staff assistance.

Is that for “motumaoho.school.nz”? I checked the account and found that the domain mapping is still expired. Let us know if you have any question about the renewal process.

Yes, it is for motumaoho.school.nz. thanks! Because of time differences we have yet to renew the domain mapping subscription. We know how to proceed and will be renewing the domain mapping over the next 24 hours. Or site has three admins (we rarely use the owner admin account) hence our confusion in not finding the appropriate screen. Once we accessed the primary admin account we quickly found the appropriate renewal screen.
