Why have our header and YouTube links disappeared?

  How come non of the links to youtube in our blog archive is working? And the header on the blog has gone as well? It sort of takes the fun and games out of reading old blog posts when non of the videos shows. I have checked that all the old images and graphics we’ve uploaded is still there except the header??? What can I do or can you guys do something about it??

  Hi Eva,

  I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this problem. Would you be able to provide me with a couple of links where the YouTube videos are no longer working?

  Additionally, I see that your custom header image has been removed from your Dashboard > Appearance > Header page. Do you remember the file name of the header you uploaded? If so, we may be able to locate it in your Media Library for you. Otherwise, I would recommended uploading the header image once more.
