  hi there,

  our website is down. we renewed our subscription so are unsure as to what is going on.

  This is a school PAC website so it is really important for it to be up and running again.

  rossroadpac.ca’s server DNS address could not be found. is the error message we receive.

  But we renewed until September 2018. It is not expired.

  Your mapping through us is properly renewed. Your domain, through BareMetal.com, says Domain status: auto-renew grace — which makes it sound as though it’s expiring. And it’s not properly working with our name servers because of this, which is why you have an error here.

  Please get in touch with your registrar as soon as possible.
