Hi there – 2 things – Jonathan Paynter used to work here and he is the one who set up our site. He handed it over to me when he left but the correspondence is still going to him – I need to be the contact person going forward. He’s been kind enough to forward billing reminders and such. When we received the last reminder I looked and made sure we had a credit card on file, which we do. I received word today that our domain and premium plan subscription have expired. I’m not sure why the payment didn’t go through. Can someone look into this please and I need the communications to go to me rather than to Jonathan who doesn’t work here anymore.
