  Our website pictures have been stolen by a website.
  I see they use wordpress to build a site, how can I protect my rights?
  Our site is not built on wordpress.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  What is the URL of the site that’s using your photos?

  If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, please follow DMCA process as explained here:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/copyright-infringement-what-to-do/

  If the site is hosted at another provider, please follow that hosting provider’s process instead – we can only take action against sites hosted on our servers, and have no control over sites using the open source version of WordPress at other hosting providers.
