Our posts are displaying multiple copies of the inserted image

  Where an image is inserted, it is now being displayed multiple times in the same post. Almost like the first inserted image is replacing all the subsequent ones in the post!
  If original post had 4 separate images, it now has 4x the first image.
  If original post had 6 separate images, it now has 6x the first image.

  Doesn’t apply to video
  Does appear to be for all posts
