  I have just been emailed by several people that have gone to our website & it is down. Please, can you tell me why it is down? and help me get it back up!! It is a critical time for us to have it up & available.

  https://www.shepherdshearttutorial.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
