  Hi. Our site Society for Cross Cultural Research is down and I can’t figure out how to update the billing. I have entered the new credit card 2X and it doesn’t seem to be working.

  I don’t see anything particularly wrong with https://sccrorg.wordpress.com/ and that site is under our free plan, which is free for life.

  The site is not publicly accessible because it was made private by the site’s owner 4 days ago: https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/

  The site did have a Business plan with the sccr.org domain connected to it, but that expired on March 11 when the site’s owner did not renew it.

  As an administrator on the site, you can make the site public again, and purchase a new plan for it from https://wordpress.com/plans

  You can also ask the site’s owner to transfer ownership to you: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
