  Why does it say we have a free plan when we’ve paid for a commercial plan with re-occuring billing? Site is mealsfromtheheartland.org FYI

  Is there any way to actually get support from wordpress? I think their system screwed up our account. We pay the $300/yr business plan.

  You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error).

  This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Jetpack plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS.

  If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server.

  Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

  I think their billing system decided to turn us off instead of charge us even though it was set to reoccur and the CC on file is still good.

  The renewal for the Business Plan as posted today went through, but for some reason the domain mapping part of that plan was not renewed.
