I couldnt respond via the duenorthcannabis.com profile as its been deactivated. After reviewing the service agreement we see that wordpress doesn’t support sales of cannabis, this is extremely confusing when software services like dutchie and buddi are wordpress compatible. This was a mistake on our end, we now realize we need to run opensource wordpress. As of right now I have received one email from the Terms of Service Team – they sent me a link at 3am on Tuesday, this link went to our junk and upon reviewing, is no longer active.
I need to get access to our website backup – we use Jetpack and I can see that backups were created, however, I cannot access them. I also cant export anything from the site and was trying to do this yesterday morning (so looking at the link expriery, I still wasn’t able to export my site) regardless of the 24 link experation.
Can you please advise? Im running an old website instance of go-daddy but need to get my website backup (all my pages are built on elementor) – need to export these and upload them to self hosting.
