  Our site is on business plan and I can’t change the permissions to be editable. Need to add a PHP code to function.php

  Hi there!

  Please add the code using a plugin, which is the recommended way to prevent the code from being overwritten when there’s a theme update. We recommend the Code Snippets plugin. You can create new snippets for every piece of code you want to add to functions.php, and you also have the ability to activate and deactivate them as needed (or run on specific pages).
