  Our followers are letting us know that our blog page does not load. It is a black page. Some users are able to get the page loaded after a long wait. What do we need to do in order to fix our problem?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Some users have reported that when they switch from using official sharing buttons on their posts to using a different style of sharing buttons, that helps the blog page load faster. (You can switch that in your blog’s Sharing Buttons settings.)

  Can you give that a try to see if that makes a difference for you? If it does, I can let our team know so they can investigate why that’s happening for you.

  If that doesn’t help, I can continue looking into the issue to see if we can pinpoint why that page isn’t loading or is loading very slowly for some people.
